Prosecutor’s Office 2.0 hackathon clearly describes how innovative, forward looking and open one public sector organisation can be in their everyday life. We designed a full day for prosecutors to find solutions for the problems that are slowing down the development of the whole organisation.
The day started with an inspirational keynote speech by Kaspar Korjus, previous program manager of e-Residency. After that, our moderator Harald Lepisk divided hackers into teams and required them to carry through a quick ideation to find out the core problem that they will find solutions for.
After some brainstorming, our own strategic designer Janno Siimar made a short introduction about the toolkit that is used for the validation of the idea. The whole day ended with pitching competition and the winner idea was supported by the organisation for further development.
PS! Actually all the problems together with brilliant solutions were taken into pipeline of innovating the everyday life of Prosecutor’s Office.
