Lincona is one of the leading flooring materials provider in Estonia. They are known not only for their excellent quality and taste but also the great experience they give to their customers in their showroom.

When Lincona approached us, they needed a new digital channel that matched the professional, personal and inspiring experience they provide in their physical showrooms. Their website was mostly an infoweb which didn’t showcase the full scope of Lincona’s capabilities. Through a thorough undestanding of their customers: from self-builders to interior architects and installers, we created a new channel that truly represents Lincona’s value.

Smooth experience

Having the complete catalog of products, documentation and services on their site creates a seamless experience for the user. Now, customers can understand and learn about products before their visit the showroom, which makes it easier to find the perfect fit. Balance of technical, practical and inspirational content. To cater to all its customers, Lincona now shares technical information on products, practical installation and material information and inspirational interior design content. Everyone interested in flooring can now find value in their own way.


The new website reflects all Lincona has to offer, not only products. We brought their consultation services, sample creation, events and other important activities to the forefront. The Lincona project is one of transformation, where we worked to bring the Lincona experience to the level of their work and products.
