SENSE.STEAM – roadmap for art-integrative science education
What does it mean?
SENSE.STEAM is a large-scale three-year international collaboration project for the renewal of education.
STEM, which stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, is complemented by the ‘A’ for ‘arts’ to emphasise creativity and teamwork skills in problem-based learning.
The SENSE network is working towards creating a roadmap for implementing this concept in real life. That means finding and creating possible solutions, testing them out with target groups and synthesizing best solutions and practices.
While most partners in the project consortium offer educational expertise, Velvet stands for design and digitalisation.
