A Service Designer in Velvet designs services that create value for users, organisations and society. Service Designers work both in the front- and back- end of services, orchestrating change and alignment to deliver a coherent service experience.
Service Designers in Velvet have the great opportunity to expand their skillset by working with clients in both the public and private sector.
As a Service Designer in Velvet, we expect you to contribute service design expertise to multidisciplinary team projects taking full ownership of the service design activities from scoping to delivery.
