We’re looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer who wants to build user-centered web applications and websites using modern tools with a team of award-winning designers, developers, researchers, and producers.

We have strong opinions on technologies, tools, and methods, but we are not tied to a particular stack. Our mindset is to use the right tools for the job and regularly evaluate ways to work smarter. We are passionate about the quality and consistency of the code that we deploy. The team is free to choose how they work to deliver the best results.
We are and encourage our team to be active in our local design and development scene. Have hosted Refresh Conference side-events (2017) and been one of the main sponsors (2018) for the event, co-hosted with sTARTUp Day 2020 UX Tartu online conference, also have hosted WordPress Meetup Tallinn and countless other design events in our office.
We have offices in Tallinn and Tartuwith the mindset of being online-first (and written) in our communication. You are empowered to work remotely and we are flexible with where you spend your working hours, but we expect you to be mainly located in Estonia as we will be coming together regularly to work on complex issues or have fun.

What would you be doing?
We need you to work with the project from idea to launch, together with the team, hands-on from the fuzziest of concepts to the final commit.
Create modern, responsive and accessible interfaces and websites with HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
Use WordPress as a backend framework to build custom user-centered CMS solutions.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and share knowledge across the team.
Continuously improve your team’s processes, methods, and tools.
Taking full ownership of your work and communicate your status and progress.
Work in tight collaboration with your team and thrive on providing and receiving honest feedback.
Plan, scope and define your work with the team.
Skills what would make you successful in your role
Proficient in modern JavaScript
At least 3 years of experience with building custom themes and solutions on WordPress
Experience with planning, structuring, building and implementing large-scale web/digital projects — whether it’s a design system, front-end framework, e-commerce project, application or platform.
Experience with React, Vue, Angular or any other JavasScript framework
You know how to structure your projects, HTML and CSS in a modular and scalable way
Experience with Woocommerce, Shopify or any other e-commerce platform
You are comfortable with implementing and working with external APIs
You know how to create, implement and work with CSS and JavaScript animations and animation libraries – Anime.js, Lottie, Framer Motion, Greensock or any other similar tools
You are comfortable with working with designs and prototypes in Figma as an input for development
